My CDs arrived this morning. Just about broke my neck running to answer the door. Still waiting on The Holy Terror and Doctor Who and the Pirates cos they're out of stock. The Wreck of the Titan should be out tomorrow so I decided to listen to City of Spires while I was walking the dog. And I had a thought.

On the Big Finish forum, the one of the most popular theories for what's going on in this trilogy is ( crazy theory and spoilers for City of Spires here )

• Listened to City of Spires. It's great to hear Jamie again and Frazer Hines and Colin Baker work well together. The guest cast were very good, especially Georgia Moffett as Alice. I really enjoyed it but, being the first part of a trilogy, it provided a lot more questions than answers. There was a lot left unexplained, like ( spoilers )

Finally got a chance to listen to Holmes and the Ripper. Brilliant, well worth the wait. Loved Nick Briggs as Holmes and it was lovely to hear India Fisher again (I still miss Charley!). I thought Richard Earl was great too. I seem to recognise his voice but I can't place it. I know he's done some other Big Finish stuff but I'm not sure which ones ( Read more... )
